Apple discovers quality issues with some iPhone X, 13-inch MacBook pro products; resolutes to fix for free

Recently the leading consumer electronics manufacturer Apple has announced that it would fix some issues of its iPhone X and the 13 inch MacBook Pro. The company has issued a statement that it would fix such issues for free.

The repair offers are to be beginning in an array as the problems are not yet resolved. Apple has increased the prices of its products such as the iPhone models are now to be sold for $1,449 and the iPad is priced at $1,899.

While the iPhone X which was launched in the year 2017 was priced $999 may be facing touchpad issues as the device had some component failure. Such parts are to be replaced by Apple for free. The original iPhone X which was replaced by the iPhone XS and the XE is to be released this autumn season.

The display featuring on the iPhone models also have some lag or bugs. The screens do not always respond quickly and sometimes the touch responds even without being touched – said Apple in a statement.

On the 13 inch MacBook Pro devices, Apple said that it had an issue resulting in data loss and malfunctioning of the storage drive. The California based company also said that it would replace the affected storage drives.

In the year 2017, Apple had begun an enormous battery replacement update program post it was done with a software update that aimed towards offering a speedup of the performance of some old iPhone devices.

Late in June, the company had announced that it would replace the keyboard of the MacBook and MacBook Pro models. The keyboards which were installed by Apple in the year 2015 had loads of issues and the support forum was showered with complaints. This year Apple has also changed the design of its keyboard by coating the keys with a silicone layer.
