The software they provide has grown to the point where many would say it’s the best solution on the market for those who want to get an Android application working on a Windows or macOS computer.
The folks behind the software have just announced the big version 4 update and while there are a number of changes included in the update, its the major boost to performance that is being highlighted.
With this new update, the company says the performance of BlueStacks 4 is 6 times faster than that of the Galaxy S9+. This improvement to performance may or may not be due to the version of Android BlueStacks 4 is based on. The software was previously using KitKat but this has Android version 7.1.2 as the core of the OS. The update comes with a more simple user interface where core gameplay features are at the heart of the UX. The key mapping feature has been improved thanks to the all-new Game Controls Window. Key Controls are now divided into different categories and you have the ability to play with a default set of controls or customize it to your liking.
It also comes with a feature the company is calling multi-instances, which lets you play multiple games from multiple Google Play Accounts at once.
