Price Smart Foods is a Canadian chain of supermarkets which is owned by the Jim Pattison Group. It is a subsidiary of Overwaitea Food Group which also owns Save-On-Foods. Before 2015 it had 16 stores but they were converted to Save-On-Foods with only two stores remaining one in Burnaby and another in Richmond.
The stores sell Asian foods, pharmacies, nutrition supplements, and much more. The brands of the company include Value Priced and Western Family. It also has a reward card program which is similar to all the other chains.

The participants will be entered into sweepstakes and a winner will be selected by random drawing and get a chance to win a $1000 gift card that can be redeemed at the store.
Rules and Regulations to participate in the PriceSmart Foods Feedback:
- The participants for the survey must be legal citizens of Canada and must be above the age of 18.
- Any means of purchase is not necessary to win in the sweepstakes and doing so will not help in winning the prize.
- The prize won in the sweepstakes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative and must be accepted as rewarded.
- The receipt of the Price Smart Foods store must be kept handy for reference.
- The survey must be completed within 14 days of the receipt date.
- The staff, officers, employees, their families, or anyone affiliated with the Price Smart Foods company are not eligible for the survey.
- The survey will be deemed void wherever it is prohibited or restricted by law.
The process to participate in the Price Smart Foods Customer Satisfaction Survey:
- Open the browser and visit the website: pricesmartfoods.ca/survey
- On the landing page, select the date of purchase from the dropdown.
- Select the store from the dropdown in the second field.
- Enter the transaction number as provided on the receipt.
- Provide the lane number in the second field.
- Select the appropriate answer if you are above 18 or not and enter the captcha in the final field and click on Submit.
- After entering the survey the participants will be asked regarding the quality of the products, the chances of recommending the stores to families and friends.
- Additional questionnaires such as the behavior of the staff, the experience of the visit, and the overall satisfaction.
- Answer all the questions with utmost honesty and accuracy so that that the feedback would help in providing even better service in the future.
- Give you additional feedback in words in the comment box provided and click on Next.
- On the next page, you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes.
- Agree to the notification by selecting yes and give your personal information such as name, phone number, email ID, and complete postal address.
- Click on Next and you will be entered into the sweepstakes which will be drawn randomly at a certain drawing date.
- The winners will be notified once they win the prize.
Intimation of the winners of the PriceSmart Foods Customer Satisfaction Survey:
The winners of the sweepstakes will be notified via email or telephone and they must respond by confirming the address within three days.
