My Prescription registration
Follow these steps to register:
- Open the browser and visit www.kroger.com/myprescriptions.
- Below New to Kroger, click on Create an Account tab.
- Enter the following data one by one:
- First Name.
- Last Name.
- Email Address.
- Create a strong password. Ideally must be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- If you have Plus Card/ALT ID, select Add your Plus Card or ALT ID Number tab.
- Enter the 12-13 digit Plus Card Number/10 digit ALT ID Number.
- New customers, who do not have Plus Card/ALT OD Number, click on Create a new Alt ID to use in-store tab and create a 10 digit ALT ID Number. You can use this newly created ID during checking out from Kroger stores, gas stations, etc to earn points. It is recommended to use your 10 digit phone number as your contact number is unique.
- Check the box right at receiving notifications and personalized suggestions.
- Tick the agreement of Terms and Conditions.
- Click Create Account.
With notifications on your email address, you will get the confirmation of your account creation.
Accessing your My Prescription account
Now that you have registered as the user, you can deftly start taking control of your prescription by accessing your account.
- Open your browser and visit www.kroger.com/myprescriptions
- Enter your email address.
- Type your password.
- Check the ‘keep me signed in’ in case you are accessing from personal devices. Else skip the step.
- Click on Sign In.

Recovering forgotten password
Follow these steps in the case; you have forgotten your password partially or entirely:
- Open your browser and visit www.kroger.com/myprescriptions
- Click on Forgot Password link.
- Enter your email address utilized while accounting creation.
- Click Continue.
- A link will be sent to your email address, giving further instructions to finally reset the password.
